Online administrative tools for students The University schedule of classes is always available online to assist you in finding and selecting exciting and worthwhile classes while you are here at Rutgers. To make planning and registering for courses even easier, OIT created the Course Schedule Planner (CSP) and integrated it with the Web Registration System (WebReg). CSP allows you to generate and save multiple schedules for later registration using WebReg. Once you have decided on your major, the Degree Navigator tool can be used to track your progress and plan out what classes you still need to complete your goal. If you find you need help paying for school, the financial aid application is also available online. You can search for the email addresses, phone numbers and addresses for faculty, staff and students using the Rutgers Online Directory. You can update your information or choose to hide parts of it using the Student Online Directory Management tool. Of special interest is the Student Emergency Information Update tool. All students are encouraged to use this tool to supply their current cell phone number. Rutgers University will use your supplied cell phone number to contact you via text message in the event of a campuswide emergency. All these tools and a variety of other online student services are available at ess.rutgers.edu/student
